Ordering online is fast and easy using our secure shopping cart system.
1. Select the items you want to order and click on the ADD TO CART button to place them in the shopping cart. (Orders with quantities of 3 or more will automatically be canceled unless you have contacted the store first).
2. You can click on the Your Shopping Cart button at any time to view your order, make changes or to Check Out.
3. On the Shopping Cart page, select your shipping method and check the box below if shipping to an address other then your billing address. If in California, use the drop down window to select sales tax. Click on the CHECKOUT button to place your order and you'll be directed to the next window.
4. Fill in your Billing and Shipping address information and Credit Card information and click on the SUBMIT ORDER button.
If you select Money Order for your payment option, we will allow up to 10 days for payment to arrive. After that the order will be canceled and items returned to stock.
5. You will view our Thank you page and receive an email with your Order Number and a copy of the order.
6. Once your order has been pulled and packaged, we will bill your credit card. Orders paid for by 5:00pm Pacific Time will be shipped by UPS or USPS the following day except for orders received on or after Friday which will be shipped the following Tuesday.
Orders are only shipped Tuesday - Friday.
Depending on the time of day and the package weight, some orders may be shipped USPS Priority or First Class with Delivery Confirmation. If you have a P.O. Box or would prefer USPS shipping, please include a note in the dialog box on the ordering page.
We also accept International orders. Send us an email with your name and address along with the items you want to order. International orders are shipped USPS.
Since the shopping cart is only set up for UPS shipping, we will adjust the shipping costs for USPS shipping and then bill your credit card.
