Return Policy
Item(s) can be returned for a refund. Email us within 10 days of item(s) receipt for a return authorization number. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the original item(s) price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds may be applied to in-store credit. Item(s) must be in same condition as sent and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Warranty All item(s) purchased from 4JAYS Video Games include a 30 Day Warranty from date of purchase. We will repair or replace any component that fails to perform. Please contact us regarding any Warranty issues prior to returning the item(s). If merchandise is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of order. |
